RIMS

RIMS (Robocom's Inventory Management System) is a flexible, cost-effective, Warehouse Management System (WMS) that integrates with leading front-end business systems and provides supply chain visibility critical to success in today's global marketplace.

RIMS is a user-friendly, menu-driven application designed to satisfy the requirements of virtually any warehouse operation, from simple paper-driven systems to completely wireless environments. As a browser-based system operating on a variety of platforms, RIMS is an easily maintained warehouse management application incorporating the latest technology. In addition, RIMS integrates with external material handling devices (carousels, conveyors, etc.) to provide maximum control over warehouse and inventory activities.

RIMS Features

RIMS includes the following features:

• Management Control – Management control features include security, history and archiving, compliance labels, and ABC tracking.
• Inventory Management – Inventory management features include cycle and physical counts, automatic and manual replenishment, demand replenishment, quality assurance, reporting, and item rebranding.
• Inbound Order Processing – Inbound order processing features include receiving (purchase orders, returns, lot control, and so on) and putaway (directed putaway and manual override).
• Outbound Order Processing – Outbound order processing features include picking (batch/order/wave picking, multi-level bill of material, backorders, and so on) and packing/shipping (compliance labeling, bill of lading, hierarchical innerpacks/outerpacks, and so on).

ROC

ROC is a robust warehouse management system designed specifically for food and beverage warehouses. The system provides everything you need for supply chain optimization, from robust warehouse and inventory management to lot, production date, expiry date, catch weight and country of origin tracking. ROC supports wireless RF terminals with bar code scanners and voice terminals for full paperless operation.

ROC provides near perfect inventory control, 100% accurate lot traceability and very high productivity with real time interfaces to your ERP system. ROC's robust functionality is fully configurable, allowing the use of specific functions and processes that meet the demanding needs of meat, diary, produce, ice cream, wine, spirit and liquor warehouses.

ROC Features

ROC includes the following features:

• Warehouse Management – Our best-of-breed WMS provides complete configurability for your facility and inventory. Definable options include functionality for receiving, inspection, quality control, system directed putaway, inventory counting, order picking, loading and shipping. At the item level, three levels of product date plus lot, weight, case serial number, and country of origin can all be tracked.
• Yard Management – ROC includes a Yard Manager module providing the functionality to track trailers in the yard, loaded or empty and inbound or outbound. Yard Manager includes yard jockey functions to direct the movement of trailers to and from docks, maximizing the use of dock space.
• Lot Traceability – ROC's real time function utilize bar codes to track every individual pallet and case in the warehouse. In the unlikely event of a recall, two reports and inquiries will show the current location of every single case from a given lot, whether the cases are still in your warehouse or have been shipped to customers. This precise lot traceability is the key to minimizing the costs associated with a recall.

Command

Command is fully integrated with Robocom's Control Order Management System, a combined solution that is ideal for companies distributing a wide variety of products, from medical supplies and electronic goods to education supplies and electrical materials. Command offers the same rich functionality of RIMS but with the added benefit of full integration with Control.
