Rick Register has been with Cambar Solutions for over 25 years. Rick’s longtime tenure with Cambar has enabled him to develop deep knowledge of the distribution industry and trusted advisor relationships with Cambar’s distribution industry clients. He is devoted to Cambar’s clients’ success. Central to his leadership are his insights into how Cambar supports clients’ creation of and realization of value. His planning, estimating and engagement structuring knowledge are key to meeting clients’ expectations and satisfaction. Rick has worked with many of the world’s leading distribution companies creating solutions to core business challenges.


Paul M. Sparrow, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Paul Sparrow
Paul Sparrow is an IT, Internet and software solutions marketing and sales veteran. He has over 25 years of business experience gained in various entrepreneurial and rapid-development settings. His career has included significant service at Johnson & Johnson, and the start-up as well as emerging growth stages of WebMD and Emdeon Business Services. Prior to joining Cambar, Paul developed and led the sales, marketing and public relations divisions at Benefitfocus, an emerging software-as-a-service (SaaS) leader serving the health benefits carrier and employer markets. He is proficient in leading business initiatives involving new entry, emerging growth and established markets. Under Paul’s leadership, Cambar continues to nurture existing partnerships while developing exciting new business channels in the WMS marketplace.

Carl W. Cole, Director

Carl Cole
Carl leads Cambar's Technology Services team. For more than two decades, Carl and his team have provided development platforms, delivered Cambar’s products, and have assisted clients with installation, configuration, and support of operating systems, databases, and network components on every major commercial operating platform including mainframes, Unix, and Windows. Prior to his 25-year tenure with Cambar, Carl spent almost a decade with a national truck line where he helped develop operational and financial models of trucking operations, developed and supported then state-of-the-art real time systems for freight rating and tracking, and managed the development and support of packaged software for truck lines and household goods movers.

Amy M. Whitsitt, Director

Amy Whitsitt
Amy Whitsitt leads Cambar's Professional Services organization. Amy has been a member of the Cambar team since 1985. Over the years, she has been responsible for managing and leading teams in numerous successful software projects and related consulting engagements for Cambar clients. Amy led the efforts in developing the project management methodologies and standards in practice today. She is constantly looking for ways to improve both internal and external facing project management activities through better processes and technologies. Amy’s background is in programming and solution design and her experience runs from mainframe COBOL to Microsoft C# .NET. In all initiatives, Amy’s Professional Services organization strives for the highest levels of client support, project management, and quality in every engagement.
